Beer Garden at Saturday Farmers Market

Salt Lake City's Downtown Farmers Market gets some Oktoberfest flair this week with a special beer garden.

Squatters will have seven different drafts beers available on tap on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Options include Squatters American Hefeweizen, Chasing Tail Golden Ale, Full Suspension Pale Ale, Organic Amber Ale, Vienna Marzen, Chocolate Chocolate Rye and Simcoe Fresh Hop

In addition to the beer, pick up some fresh fruits and vegetables. Farmers will have apples, pears, plums, late-season peaches, berries, melons, chiles, tomatoes, herbs, all sorts of root vegetables from carrots to potatoes, as well as greens and winter squash.

The market takes place at Pioneer Park, 300 S. 300 West, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The last day is Saturday, Oct. 25.
