$9 • Wild Grape Bistro was the winner of the third annual Farm-to-Glass Cocktail Contest. Mixologist Dax Williamson won with this fruit and flowery cocktail made with Ransom gin, poblano peppers, sage, fresh peach puree, simple syrup and a float of Champagne. Mixologists from 16 Salt Lake City restaurants and bars created original drinks using seasonal farmers market ingredients for the competition, sponsored by Salt Lake Magazine.
