Description: The Anthropology Film Series is a collaborative project between the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Utah's Anthropology Department that will introduce students and visitors to films highlighting the theme of family. Films contain adult content and are subject to change. Prior to each, film the UMFA will offer a discussion of artworks related to the theme of the film. "The Grocer's Son," (French) tells the story of Antoine Sforza, a 30-year-old young man, who left his village years ago to start a new life in the big city but returns home to help his ailing father, a traveling grocer, with his daily rounds.
