The Utah Division of Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the kickoff of the Utah State Parks Yoga Series with Granogi, an outdoor adventure and yoga company. Utah's 44 state parks are packed full of outdoor adventure options and Granogi's outdoor yoga is just one more way people can take full advantage of the beauty Utah has to offer. At the same time, they can reap both the physical and mental benefits of yoga. The Yoga Series kicks off on April 28 at Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and will continue along multiple parks across Utah until concluding at Snow Canyon State Park on November 17. "Ride of the Silver Serpent" is the theme and Antelope Island State Park will be the venue for the 25th Anniversary of Antelope by Moonlight Bike Ride to be held on July 27, 2018, at 10 p.m. This popular family friendly non-competitive bike ride is held in the light of the full moon and is open to participants of all ages. The ride starts at 10 PM at White Rock Bay. The half way point of the ride is the historic Fielding Garr Ranch where refreshments are served until midnight. Register at On-line registration will only be available through 8 a.m. July 27. After 8 a.m. registration will be $40 per rider and the collector's t-shirt is not guaranteed. Proceeds from this event go to Friends of Antelope Island for projects that ‘enhance the visitor experience’ on Antelope Island.
