The Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City, Commission for People with Disabilities, will host the "St. Dymphna Art Exhibition," May 16-June 13, 2017. This exhibition will feature artists who live with a mental illness, and those who support them in their journeys. This exhibit is in observance of the feast of St. Dymphna, patron saint to individuals with mental illness. The goal of this exhibit is to highlight the gifts these artists bring to the community, and to combat the stigma of psychiatric disabilities. Artists interested in participating in this juried exhibit should contact Jacque Smite at 801-214-4237. Deadline for submissions is April 22, 2017.
