The Central Utah Art Center will open two photo exhibits, "Don't Force it, Son" by Levi Jackson and "Rapture" by Josh Winegar. Jackson uses a camera to produce art objects that exist as a result of the documentation of interventions the artist makes in the landscape. Winegar also makes interventions on the landscape with his photographs by using studio processes to erase any traces of human presence from the landscape. Both shows will be on view May 17-July 8, 2013. The public opening will be during Gallery Stroll on Friday, May 17, 6-9 p.m. Visit cuartcenter.org for information.
