Westminster College will present "Our Country's Good," Feb. 25–27 and March 3–5, 2015, in the Dumke Student Blackbox Theatre. Based on the true story of a play being staged in Australia's original penal colony, "Our Country's Good" explores the use of language in the service of an imperialistic culture. This compelling story asks intriguing questions about rehabilitation, social class and the potential of the theatre to shatter society’s seemingly inviolable social confines. Please note that this play contains mature themes and language.

Westminster College will present "Gypsy," March 31–April 2 and 7–9, 2016, in the Courage Theatre. Loosely based on the memoirs of famous striptease artist Gypsy Rose Lee, the story follows Rose, the endlessly determined archetypal show-business mother who raises Lee (Louise) and her sister, June, as they travel around America trying to make it big in vaudeville, propelling both into stardom—largely against their own inclination.
