Description: Located in the grand lobby of the old Rio Grande Depot, the Rio Gallery was established as a service to Utah artists, providing a free venue for emerging as well as established artists to gather and educate the community through their artwork.

The Utah Division of Arts & Museums will accept submissions for the Statewide Annual exhibition and competition, Utah '15: Craft, Photography & Video/Digital Works. All artists age 18 and older may submit up to two works within these media categories. Online registration is open Sept. 21–Oct. 20, 2015. Artwork should be dropped off at the Rio Gallery, 8 a.m-5 p.m. on Oct. 21-22. Those juried into the exhibition will have their work displayed at the Rio Gallery, Nov. 20, 2015-Jan. 8, 2016, with a public reception on Nov. 20 from 6-9 p.m. Guidelines and registration can be found at or by calling 801-245-7272.

Utah Arts & Museums will host its annual statewide exhibition Utah 2015: Photography, Craft, Video & Digital Works, Nov. 20, 2015–Jan. 8, 2016 with a public reception Nov. 20, 6-9 p.m. where the Division will acknowledge the Best in Show, Jurors' Award Winners and Honorable Mentions. Visual arts competitions have been a project of Utah Arts & Museums since 1899, providing juried exhibitions open to artists across the state of Utah.
