The annual Scandinavian Heritage Festival, celebrating the Scandinavian pioneers who sett led Ephraim and dozens of other towns in Central Utah, will be Friday, May 27 and Saturday, May 28 (Memorial Day weekend. The festival includes the Scandinavian Heritage Conference, historic bus tours, a smorgasbord dinner, an aebleskiver breakfast, music, storytelling and entertainment.
